Staff

• Manager
Depending on the hour of your arrival and departure, our Villa manager will be present at check in and check out and will also come to visit you occasionally throughout your stay to make sure all is well and that your needs are being met. Our Villa manager speaks fluent English and may be contacted by telephone 24 hours a day. Please feel free to contact the Villa manager should you require assistance with making restaurant reservations or any other arrangements for activities as required, or should you encounter any other problems.

• Housekeeping staff
Villa Inara has full time housekeepers to attend to the cleanliness and tidiness of the Villa. The housekeepers do not sleep in the Villa. The housekeepers’ key to the Villa is held by the Villa manager.

• Chef
Subject to availability, and for a small fee, a chef can be present to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for you, as required. You may select meals from our menus or make special requests. We would ask that you please provide our chef with funds from time to time to enable her to make food purchases on your behalf. Any charges must be substantiated by an invoice that the chef must give to you and all costs settled before your departure from the Villa. If you require a chef, please notify us when making your booking.

• Security Staff
Villa Inara is located outside the main tourist area and is secluded, private and safe. Nonetheless, rotating shifts of security staff work at the security post at the front gate to the estate during the day and night to maintain your security.

Communication

• Telephone
Villa Inara has a land line. No international service is provided and only local calls may be made although international calls may be received.

• Wireless Internet Access
Villa Inara has a wireless internet access network that is freely accessible – subject to the occasional vagaries of the ISP.

 

Villa Functioning

• Air conditioning
With the sole exception of the maid’s room which has a wall fan instead, Villa Inara is fully air conditioned and overhead fans are also present in each bedroom.

• Electricity
All electrical outlets in Villa Inara operate at 220 volts, 50 hertz. The plug sockets are two pin Thai style. International adaptors are available should they be required.

• Water
Although mains water in Thailand is not potable, it is safe for showering etc. All water supplied to the Villa, however, is filtered and safe for drinking. Automatically chilled and filtered water is dispensed from the fridge.

• Laundry
An overnight laundry service and a dry cleaning service is available, externally, and is charged for at cost.

• Privacy
The level of privacy offered by Villa Inara far exceeds that available in a hotel. Our staff are discreet and will respect our guests’ needs for privacy. Unless instructed otherwise, our staff will never disturb guests in their rooms.
